Drummer looking for a band to jam with in the S.E. Georgia area (Darien, Brunswick, Jesup and I guess up as far as Richmond Hill area). I played guitar, sang, wrote songs and booked gigs in the Detroit, Michigan area from 1996 till 2006. I Had a good group of friends, all veteran musicians, that we would jam together when I lived in Alabama 2010-2019. jazz, blues, fusion, "60s / "70s rock, Prog. rock, rock-a-billy, country and originals. I have played drums as long as I have played guitar (about 35 years) just not on a steady basis. I've been playing my drums to my CD's and Pandora. looking forward to jamming with live musicians again. I can do gigs every once and a while, too. I work a job that I'm "on call" every other week. I have an acoustic and an electric drum kits, 1 electric guitar (Epiphone semi hollow body), 1 acoustic guitar, a fender blues deville guitar amp and an Ampeg bass amp. a few effect peddles.

I play with a lot of groove. I put bounce to it. Double bass is my bread and butter. I played in a death core band called Devour the Dead when I lived in Jacksonville, Florida. We shared the stage with Emmure, Devil Driver, Bleeding Through, the Acacia Strain, Whitechapel, Suicide Silence, and too many more to name them all. I don't necessarily need to be in a band that's as heavy as any of the bands that I listed, but definitely not scared to go there if the song calls for it during the writing process. My goal is to smash 5 shades of **** out of every crowd I play in front of whether it's in front of 2 people or 2000 people. But I also possess the skill set to tone it back a little bit for them songs that drop panties lol. I'm tryna tour all over the world again but this time the sounds of machine guns are gonna be from my snare and kick drum instead of the marines. I am not okay with band members that won't practice on a consistent basis. 3x a week for 2-3 hours each practice is the bare minimum for me. I stay in practice by playing along to a set list that's 1hr 35min from start to finish, and that set list varies in styles. I play metal, rap, classic rock and pop. But it's not the same as playing your own **** so 🤷 if I sound like someone you wanna jam with please hmu but don't waste your time or mine if you're not on that level.
