Bass player here ready to work the Wichita circuit and beyond. I have many years under my belt, I've worked in a professional top 40 act that has played around the regional area. Looking to put together a whole new bunch of good people that want to work in the area and make some money and have a great time, plain and simple. I currently have a professional contact that I've worked with for 10 years and is ready to start booking the band whenever there is one lol. Real gigs, real pay! I am originally from NY and have lived here on the West side of Wichita for 11 years now. I'm great to get along with and a quick learner. I've played Disco, Rock, Pop, anything that kept that dance floor moving and grooving. I love to be a showman by engaging with the crowd and moving around the stage without stepping on anybody's toes. I play 2 jazz basses, I am wireless, and I have my pedalboard, I can play my ass off, and I am a LEFTY. I do not own an amp because lots of these places that I've played would rather have the volume controlled than out of hand. So in a nutshell, I've put my ad together and let's see who's out there. ...click to see more

Bassist just moved from Baltimore looking for guitarist, keys (preferably 2), vocals (male and female) to create group, that has a willingness to work on material not usually played by others. Sets are listed below with song title, artist name, beats per minute (BPM), key signature, designated male or female lead voice.
Arrangements created to tie them together to remove between song quiet spots (with the understanding of individual setup).
Musicians that listen to the overall band performance rather than themselves to get the right sonic and volume balance. Vocals are paramount and will not compete with instrumentalist. Clients come to hear voice not bass solos and overly loud guitars.
Rehearsal is the opportunity to get the group tight rhythmically, chordal and any improvisation areas cleaned up. To perfect blend, dynamics and sound. Not to learn your part. A group that uses dynamics as a large part of the performance that will keep the crowd involved.
Everyone must be able to stop the group in the mi ...click to see more

I play with a lot of groove. I put bounce to it. Double bass is my bread and butter. I played in a death core band called Devour the Dead when I lived in Jacksonville, Florida. We shared the stage with Emmure, Devil Driver, Bleeding Through, the Acacia Strain, Whitechapel, Suicide Silence, and too many more to name them all. I don't necessarily need to be in a band that's as heavy as any of the bands that I listed, but definitely not scared to go there if the song calls for it during the writing process. My goal is to smash 5 shades of **** out of every crowd I play in front of whether it's in front of 2 people or 2000 people. But I also possess the skill set to tone it back a little bit for them songs that drop panties lol. I'm tryna tour all over the world again but this time the sounds of machine guns are gonna be from my snare and kick drum instead of the marines. I am not okay with band members that won't practice on a consistent basis. 3x a week for 2-3 hours each practice is the bare minimum for me. I stay in practice by playing along to a set list that's 1hr 35min from start to finish, and that set list varies in styles. I play metal, rap, classic rock and pop. But it's not the same as playing your own **** so 🤷 if I sound like someone you wanna jam with please hmu but don't waste your time or mine if you're not on that level. ...click to see more
