About me: I’m a local folk-rock singer/songwriter who plays guitar, percussion, bass, and dabbles in keys. I’ve lived in Rochester for 39 of my 41 years, and I’ve been playing guitar for 28 years — singing and doing percussion even longer. My main musical passion is keeping old folk traditions alive while blending them with newer rock influences. I also love combining contrasting musical styles — mixing the pretty with the gritty, like pairing beautiful melodies with distorted rhythms.
So far my act has been solo as I put together my first albums and create my set list, but I'm ready to form a band so that I can really do justice to these styles. Here's what I need:
-Lead guitarist skilled at epic acoustic and electric guitar licks
-Bass guitarist who can make it funky
-Female backup singers who can sing with soul and also shake percussion
-Drummer who’s got that doo dop dat
-Other acoustic instruments such as mandolin for some bluegrass style

About me: Hi! My name is Collin. I like to go by Collie Green or CG3P0 on stage. I'm currently 33 and a native of Dutchess County New York. I grew up in an African household. From as far as I can remember, my parents would always play traditiona music from their home country. I've been singing since my teen years, but I've honestly only sung live on stage and handful of times.
