We benefit from a rehearsal studio near Wimbledon, modern sound & light gear, technical expertise, a proven approach & a good social relationship!

About me: A young 55 yr old experienced lead/rhythm guitarist, looking to join covers/original band for fun.
Playing since 1984, lots of live and studio experience, own equipment. Grew up listening to, and learning to play to Gary Moore, KISS, Jeff Beck, Billy Idol, Deep Purple, Al Di Meola, Jethro Tull, Steve Miller Band, Journey, Survivor, ZZ Top etc. Have developed my own style based on influences.
Look there are stuff all gigs about these days, especially for older dudes, however I'd like to join a rock band of like minded dudes for a bit of fun and do the odd pub/venue gig, and do it well.
Am based in the areas of Forest Hill, Lewisham, East Dulwich, Peckham and Honor Oak Park.

About us: I am a middle aged drummer looking to join an established band or create a new one wanting to play covers or new material. I'm a solid drummer (but not virtuoso) with great time keeping. I'm versatile and have played with a number of bands, playing pop, blues, funk and rock at venues in London - The Water Rats, Fiddlers Elbow, 100 Club and Chelsea FC etc. No particular musical preferences but enjoy Led Zep, Tom Petty, Secret Machines, Radiohead, John Martyn, Portishead, Paul Weller, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Stereophonics, Doves, Patti Smith, The Eagles, Brand New Heavies - I could go on, but won't! I'm definitely not a musical snob - quality is everything. I'm based in Walthamstow so would prefer North/East London rehearsals but can travel. Am interested in developing a solid set list for performances at pubs, clubs, events etc with rehearsals every 2-3 weeks.

About me: I'm a singer/songwriter and currently perform solo or in a duo with a bassist friend. I play my own songs, which are sometimes very personal, sometimes about curious subjects. Style is contemporary folk and as a duo we use vocal harmonies. I/we perform regularly at open mics and sometimes as the main act with a longer set. I'm mostly focused on live performance, but I have a lot of recording experience and some moderately good home studio equipment. I have many years experience (on and off) but been doing the latest stuff since the pandemic ended!
I'm looking for a singer and/or other instrumentalists. My own vocals are ok, but I'd really like to work with a better singer and use more vocal harmonies. Also, adding another instrument or percussion would make things very interesting. Songwriting and lyrics are very important. I write all my own songs at the moment, but I'm very open to other songwriters or collaborators. I'd also be interested in performing occasional covers.
