About me: Hey, I’m a 24yo trans man from SE looking for London-based musicians to form a band with me!
I’d like to find other queer people, but allies are welcome as well. I’d like to stick near my age range, maybe 20-30, but I’m not too fussy. No one under 20, please!

I’m a self-taught bassist, but also have experience with ukulele, guitar, and piano. I’m learning to sing, scream and rap, but would probably take backing vocals. Above all, I’m an author and poet, with a degree in creative writing and an interest in writing lyrics. I’ve written a handful of songs.

The blend of genres I wanna go for is pop-punk/punk-rock with hardcore/metal inspired breakdowns and nu-metal influences. Here’s a list of my favourite bands:

I’ve been playing and writing music since I was around 14, so I have ten years of experience, but my skill level is probably intermediate since I’ve taken a lot of breaks. I’ve been playing consistently for about 6 months and the most complicated song I’ve learned is A Shot In The Dark by A Day To Remember (my demo below). I’m pretty proud of that :)

I’m available most of the time – Tuesdays and Thursdays tend to be my busiest days, but I’m happy to shuffle things around and commit to a band for a good four days a week. I have a pretty spacious living room for a rehearsal space, but also live about an hour away from Roundhouse in Camden, where they have rehearsal spaces from £1/person/hour. These are unfortunately only available to people under 25, and I don’t personally know of any other rehearsal spaces.

I’m really excited to take this step into music, since I’ve only ever been a solo musician before. I would love to produce EPs/albums and do gigs!

I’m an acoustic musician looking to collaborate with other artists and creators. I’m looking for paid opportunities, ideally building something that’s rewarding for everyone involved.

I’m not a full-time pro/expert (yet!), but I’m confident in my sound and always growing. My style leans toward acoustic, chill pop, R&B, and indie, and I love experimenting within those vibes. I also perform using live looping, which adds a layered, dynamic touch to my sets.

About me: I'm a singer/songwriter and currently perform solo or in a duo with a bassist friend. I play my own songs, which are sometimes very personal, sometimes about curious subjects. Style is contemporary folk and as a duo we use vocal harmonies. I/we perform regularly at open mics and sometimes as the main act with a longer set. I'm mostly focused on live performance, but I have a lot of recording experience and some moderately good home studio equipment. I have many years experience (on and off) but been doing the latest stuff since the pandemic ended!
I'm looking for a singer and/or other instrumentalists. My own vocals are ok, but I'd really like to work with a better singer and use more vocal harmonies. Also, adding another instrument or percussion would make things very interesting. Songwriting and lyrics are very important. I write all my own songs at the moment, but I'm very open to other songwriters or collaborators. I'd also be interested in performing occasional covers.
